Our Products Manufacturing Process

All products are carefully handmade in our studio. Small items took 1-3 days to handmake, and bigger items(Cat hammocks/big Macrame hangings) needed 1-5 days to handmake carefully. 

Our International Express Delivery
All items will delivered by the reliable SF International Express. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

About Shipping fees:
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $30.

About Ordinary Shipping time:
USA(Except small islands) Express delivery time: 5-18 business days
United Kingdom Express delivery time: 5-12 business days
Germany Express delivery time: 5-12 business days
France Express delivery time: 5-12 business days
other places' Express delivery time: 15-30 business days

Notes on shipping:
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders from remote areas. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Our After-Sale Guarantee
We provide customers with the ultimate after-sales protection. Our shop provides refunds, returns, or new replacements if there's any problem after receiving the product. Please feel free to contact us if you have any after-sale questions.

No Reason to Return:
Kindly contact us to return the product to our address. You can return the item to my address. When we receive the item may refund the price of the items.

Refund in the following cases:
a: If the product is damaged due to long-distance travel, we provide a full refund.
b: If the product is not received within 20 working days after the normal delivery time, we will place a full refund to you and the product will be given to you as a gift for free.

Under what circumstances we do not provide refunds?
a: The customer needs to correct a mistake in filling in the address, but we have delivered the product to the address he filled in as his command, and the website shows that the item delivery was successful. In this case, we cannot provide a refund. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as you find that the address is incorrect.
b: The customer receives the product and does not like this product for no reason. He can choose to return the product to us. We cannot provide a full refund if the item has not been returned to us. Earnestly request your kind understanding.
